Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Shrimp

Here’s a super easy slow cooker shrimp recipe based on that idea—minimal ingredients, big flavor:
🍤 Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Shrimp
🧾 Ingredients (6 simple ones)
500–700g frozen salad shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails off)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 packet Italian dressing seasoning (or mixed dried herbs)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Add shrimp (still frozen is fine) to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, seasoning, lemon juice, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the shrimp and stir gently to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours (shrimp cook fast—don’t overdo it!).
Stir once halfway through if possible.
🍽️ Serve with:
Rice or pasta
Crusty bread (to soak up the sauce 😍)
Or even over a fresh salad
🔥 Tips
Add chili flakes if you like heat
Sprinkle parsley on top for freshness
Don’t cook too long—shrimp get rubbery fast
If you want, I can give you a creamy version or a spicy Cajun twist too 👍
