Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
2 cans sloppy joe sauce/mix
1½ jars nacho cheese sauce
1 bag frozen tater tots (rounds work great)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain excess grease.
Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Spread the beef mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Pour/spread the nacho cheese evenly over the top.
Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, until the tots are crispy and golden.
Optional: broil 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
