Honey Butter Ham & Cheese Croissant Bake – Brunch Goals Unlocked!

If cozy comfort food had a personality, this would be it. Flaky buttery croissants, melty cheese, savory ham, and a dreamy honey-herb glaze—this dish feels fancy but takes almost no effort. Perfect for lazy weekends, holiday brunch, or a quick family dinner that tastes like you planned it for days.
🛒 Ingredients
For the Bake:
🥐 6–8 croissants, cut into halves or thirds
🥩 10–12 slices deli meat (ham, prosciutto, turkey, or salami)
🥚 3–4 large eggs
🥛 ½ cup heavy cream or milk
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🧄 1 tsp garlic salt
🌶 1 tsp pepper
🌿 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
🧀 8–10 slices Swiss cheese
🧀 ¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
🌿 Fresh parsley, for garnish
Honey Butter Herb Sauce:
🧈 ½ cup butter, melted
🍯 ½ cup honey
🌱 ½ tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary & thyme)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut croissants into thirds and set aside.
In a bowl, Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Dunk each croissant piece into the egg mixture, gently Shake off excess, and Arrange them in a greased baking dish until it’s full.
Tuck slices of deli meat and Swiss cheese into the croissant layers.
Sprinkle mozzarella and fresh parsley over the top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden and crispy.
While it bakes, Stir together melted butter, honey, and herbs.
Brush the warm bake generously with the honey butter sauce and Serve immediately.
