Creamy Slow Cooker Corn

Here’s a simple, rich slow cooker side dish using cream cheese and frozen corn—super creamy and always a crowd-pleaser:

Ingredients:
1 (16 oz / ~450 g) bag frozen corn
1 block (8 oz / ~225 g) cream cheese
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, enhances sweetness)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add the frozen corn to your slow cooker.
Place the block of cream cheese on top.
Add butter and pour in the milk.
Sprinkle in sugar (if using), plus a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cover and cook:
Low: 4 hours
High: 2 hours
Stir well once everything is melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Optional add-ins:
Shredded cheddar or parmesan
Crumbled bacon
Chopped green onions
A pinch of garlic powder or paprika
