Ingredients

High-quality dark chocolate for melting

Butter or dairy-free alternative

Sugar or sugar substitute

Eggs or egg replacer for a vegan option

All-purpose flour or gluten-free flour blend

Cocoa powder

Vanilla extract

Optional: Chopped nuts such as walnuts or almonds

 

Preheat oven and prepare baking pan with parchment paper.

Melt chocolate and butter, then mix until smooth.

Whisk sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.

Combine melted chocolate with egg mixture.

Sift in flour and cocoa powder, mix until smooth.

Fold in nuts if desired.

Pour batter into pan, bake until set.

Cool brownie slab, then cut into bars.

Coat bars in melted chocolate.

Allow chocolate to set before serving.
