Cookies Made From Brownie Mix

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (18–19 oz)

2 large eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooeyness)

Directions

Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Mix the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour. Stir until a thick, scoopable dough forms.

Fold in chocolate chips if using.

Scoop & Bake

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop evenly sized dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake

Bake for 8–10 minutes, just until the edges are set and the centers are still soft (don’t overbake for that perfect chewy texture).

Cool & Serve

Let cookies cool on the pan for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
